Jamie Johnson

Jamie Johnson currently serves as the Director of Quality/CX and Director of Recruiting at Morgan & Morgan, P.A., a position held since November 2018. Prior to this role, Jamie was a Senior Collections Manager at Fiserv from November 2017 to November 2018 and served in a similar capacity as a Senior Collection Manager at Southern Auto Finance Company, LLC, from January 2005 to November 2017. Jamie is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Western Governors University, expected to be completed in May 2021.
