Joe Griffo

Joe Griffo, CSM, is a Vice President at Morgan Stanley, leading Client Enablement and PMO Governance since January 2014. Responsibilities include overseeing Legal Technologies, building and training the Legal Tech PMO team, defining project management methodologies, and managing Agile practices for improved team efficiency. Prior roles at EMC involved program/project management, QA management, and technical support, alongside the introduction of Agile methodologies in a business unit. Joe's early career included positions at Diageo and a solid educational foundation with an MS and BS in Information Systems from Pace University.
