Sarah Roberts

Sarah Roberts is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in both corporate and educational settings. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Morgan Stanley since July 2017, Sarah has held positions including Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, and Junior Campus Recruiter. Prior experience includes roles at Berns Communications Group, where responsibilities evolved from Assistant Account Executive to Senior Account Executive, and a campus campaign coordinator position at Teach For America. Additional experience includes an internship in the Publicity Department at Atlantic Records and serving as an Orientation Leader at Lafayette College. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Lafayette College, earned in 2014.
