Raison Dsouza is an accomplished scientist currently serving as an Assistant Scientist at the Morgridge Institute for Research since August 2023. Prior to this role, Raison Dsouza held positions as a Research Associate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from March 2023 to August 2023 and October 2019 to March 2023, respectively. Raison Dsouza previously worked as a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for the Structure and Dynamics of Matter from October 2015 to September 2019, specializing in mixed quantum-classical simulations and time-resolved spectroscopy during the doctoral research conducted at the University of Hamburg, where Raison Dsouza earned a PhD in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics. Educational background includes a Master's Degree from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and a Bachelor's Degree from Mangalore University.
