Kimberly Edmonds

Kimberly Edmonds is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and regulatory counsel. Currently serving as the Head of Litigation at Morningstar since January 2023, Edmonds previously held the position of US Regulatory Counsel at DBRS Morningstar from January 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, Edmonds was the Director of Global Financing Services Compliance & Operational Risk Control at UBS from July 2018 to January 2021. Edmonds also practiced as an attorney at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP and the Law Offices of Spar & Bernstein, P.C., with a notable tenure at Antin, Ehrlich & Epstein, LLP. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Randolph Macon Woman's College.
