Richa Jain

Richa Jain currently serves as the Regulatory Affairs Manager at Moroccanoil, overseeing the regulatory affairs team for North America with a focus on compliance with US FDA and Health Canada regulations. Richa previously held the position of Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Moroccanoil, performing regulatory reviews and collaborating with Product Development and Marketing. Prior experience includes serving as a Laboratory Scientist at Haztech, developing standard operating procedures for compliance, and as a Technician at the University of Saskatchewan, leading projects related to Herpesvirus mechanisms. Richa also worked as a Research Technician at the WCVM Large Animal Clinic, focusing on infection prevention in cattle. Richa holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology, Microbiology, and Immunology from the University of Saskatchewan and is currently pursuing an MBA at Concordia University.
