Damien is primarily focused on sourcing new investments and working with Morpheus portfolio companies. He currently serves on the Board of Spirosure and is an observer on the boards of Starship Technologies, Rigetti Computing, Vivino and Bossa Nova. Damien was part of the team that represented the founders of Skype in several transactions including the sale of Skype to eBay in 2005, the reacquisition of Skype in 2009 in partnership with a with a consortium of private equity firms, and the sale of Skype to Microsoft.
Previously, Damien worked in Corporate Development at Artisan Entertainment (acq. By Lionsgate). He began his career as a consultant in the Strategic Consulting Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Damien received his BS in Physics and a second major in Mathematics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
