Richard Boswinkle

Richard G. Boswinkle is Partner in the firm’s Commercial Finance Practice. Mr. Boswinkle focuses his practice on SBA-guaranteed loans and small business lending, real estate lending, and restaurant finance. He regularly represents lenders and borrowers in connection with all types of secured and unsecured loan transactions, including mezzanine loans and affiliated equity investments. Mr. Boswinkle also represents servicers and successor borrowers in connection with defeasance and other types of transactions with respect to REMICs and CMBS.
