Jen Grant

Jen Grant is an experienced professional in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Morrison Foerster since March 2024. Previously, Jen held the position of Diversity and Inclusion Advisor at Janus Henderson Investors from September 2021 to March 2024 and worked as an Early Talent Acquisition Advisor at CMS between March 2019 and September 2021. Prior experiences include serving as a Graduate Recruiter at Allen & Overy from September 2017 to March 2019 and as a Recruitment Coordinator at Drayton Finch in a fixed-term contract from July 2015 to August 2016. Jen's educational background includes a Master's degree in PPS/Social Anthropology from the University of Cambridge, a Master's degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Amsterdam, and A Levels from Richmond upon Thames College.
