Matthew Termine has over 10 years of experience in the legal field. Matthew began their career in 2006 as a Product Analyst at Travelers. In 2010, they were a Summer Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton, and they became an Associate at the same firm in 2011. From 2014 to 2017, they were an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. In 2017, they joined Cooley LLP as an Associate. Most recently, they have been the VP - Legal, Regulatory & Compliance and Corporate Counsel at Morty since 2019.

Matthew Termine graduated from Fordham University School of Law with a J.D. in 2011. From 2002 to 2006, they completed a BA in Philosophy and Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
