Jenelle Tortorella Kelly

Jenelle Tortorella Kelly serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Motivity since May 2025 and is a core member of Underscore VC and Chief since 2024. Previously, Jenelle held the position of VP of Revenue and Customer Experience at SmarterX, where responsibilities included managing a global team focused on revenue creation and customer experience. Earlier experiences include Director of Customer Success at Vendr, where Jenelle oversaw onboarding and customer success teams, and Enterprise Customer Success at Rapid7, focusing on key enterprise accounts. Jenelle also served in various roles at Mavrck, The Boston Consulting Group, LaunchSquad, and WETM-TV, contributing to customer engagement, business development, and media relations. Jenelle earned a BA degree in Broadcast Journalism and Economics from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
