Kevin Pujanauski has a diverse range of work experience. In 2010, they worked as a Project Development Intern at iq consult. From 2011 to 2014, they joined McKinsey & Company, beginning as a Summer Business Analyst and later becoming a Business Analyst. In 2014, they transitioned to Edovo, where they served as the Head of Product, contributing to the company's mission of improving the lives of incarcerated individuals. Kevin took a sabbatical in 2018 before joining Tech for Campaigns as a Product Consultant and H2R Product Science as a Lead Product Manager in 2019. During this time, they also engaged in independent campaign work, focusing on state and local efforts in the criminal legal system. In 2020, they worked at Social Movement Technologies as a Staff Partner and later as the North America Movement Support Lead. Currently, Kevin is the Vice President of Digital Organizing Services at Movement Labs, a position they have held since 2023.

Kevin Pujanauski has a strong education background. Kevin pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, specializing in Politics Honors and Global Development Studies. Kevin attended the university from 2008 to 2012.

Before their time at the University of Virginia, Kevin participated in the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange program from 2007 to 2008. Kevin spent this period at the Janusz-Korzcak-Gesamtschule, completing their 12th Stufe.
