Paula Flach has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paula worked at Moving Adventures Medien GmbH from 2013 to present, starting as a Junior PR Manager and moving on to roles in Programming & Editorial, Project Leadership, and finally as a Program Director. In 2020, they became the General Manager of Great Expectations & Yellow at MakeMunichWeird. Prior to that, they had a scholarship at the University of Bergen and worked as a Scholar at the Department for Information Science and Media Studies. Paula completed this program in 2010. In the same year, they also attended Université Rennes 2 for a brief period and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Film-/Kino-/Video-Studien. Following this, Paula furthered their studies at the University of Bergen (UiB) from 2010 to 2012 and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Media and Film Studies.

Moving Adventures Medien GmbH

Moving Adventures Medien GmbH, based in Munich, was founded in 2001 as the initiator of the European Outdoor Film Tour, short EOFT. It specializes in the conception, organization and marketing of film tours in the fields of outdoor, sports, nature and adventure. Together with its sister company, the film production company HelliVentures, Moving Adventures Medien has set itself the goal of bringing real stories and people to the big screen, inspiring viewers with authentic and high-quality content, and encouraging for reflection about the environment and ressources. The EOFT is now the largest film festival for the outdoor & adventure community in Europe. In 2014, the International Ocean Film Tour was launched as a blue sister, which quickly established itself as a permanent institution for all friends of the seas and water sports. As an entertainment company, Moving Adventures is also a licensee of the Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival and the developer of the ticketing platform Outdoor Ticket and the streaming platform Outdoor Cinema. Overall, the successful in-house productions EOFT and Ocean as well as the licensed products tour annually through 250+ cities in more than 15 countries and attract up to 500.000 viewers in its over 900 shows. All film tours are communicated and marketed via their own websites, social media channels and accompanied by the in-house communications & marketing team. Moving Adventures was founded by Joachim Hellinger, filmmaker and creative mind, and Thomas Witt, as a longtime agency expert responsible for marketing and sales. The team includes 39 employees, supplemented by five "On the Road"​ teams with about 70 people.
