Tracy Kariuki

Tracy Kariuki is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Communications Lead for Africa and Europe at Mozilla Foundation since January 2022, where responsibilities include supporting advocacy and insights teams through writing and media engagement. Prior to this role, Tracy held the position of Public Relations Officer at the University of Bonn, contributing to multi-stakeholder communication strategies for the Future Rural Africa Project, and worked as a journalist at Deutsche Welle, producing content for the Africa Link program. Earlier experience includes a Communications Associate role at Strathmore Business School, focusing on digital marketing and public relations, and a position as Communications Officer at Strathmore University. Tracy holds a Master of Arts in International Media Studies from Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
