Matthew Incledon

Matthew Incledon is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical account management and solutions architecture, currently serving as Senior Manager of Professional Services at mParticle since May 2021. Matthew leads a team of eight, focusing on maintaining profitability, supporting sales activities, and developing objectives for the global Professional Services business. Previous roles at mParticle included Manager and Team Lead where Matthew ensured effective value delivery from the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to brands. Prior to rejoining mParticle, Matthew was a CDP Technical Lead at Albertsons Companies and also worked as a Solutions Consultant at mParticle, demonstrating a versatile skill set in project management and technical implementation across multiple industries. Matthew's earlier career at Accenture included technology consulting with expertise in data analysis, cloud strategy, and project life-cycle management. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Gettysburg College, complemented by a Nanodegree in Data Analysis from Udacity.
