Raj Kamal Thanikachalam has over a decade of experience in software quality assurance and automation, currently serving as a Project Lead at Mphasis since August 2018, where responsibilities include integration, migration activities, and application setup. Previously at Mphasis, Raj held the role of Module Lead, driving automation initiatives and collaborating closely with business teams. Prior experiences at Syntel involved creating automation frameworks using Selenium and Java, with a focus on efficiency and test case management. Raj holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Anna University Chennai and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics from the University of Madras.
