Dr. Adam Bruggeman brings more than 13 years of experience in the medical field as an accomplished spinal surgeon, a published researcher, and a public speaker. A leading orthopedic surgeon in Texas, he runs the Texas Spine Care Center, a private practice with numerous privileges across San Antonio-area hospitals.
As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Bruggeman serves as an adviser to the company’s medical board, providing guidance to MPOWERHealth’s™ Physician Network solutions and value-added clinical services that help independent physicians improve their practices.
He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio in 2007 and holds a master’s degree in hospital administration from Trinity University in San Antonio. Dr. Bruggeman was named to the Texas Super Doctors list in 2020. He is a member of the American Orthopedic Association’s Emerging Leaders program and a member of the health care systems committee for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
