Kari Fredrich

Kari Fredrich currently serves as the Corporate Tax Director at Mr. Cooper, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Kari held various roles at Univar Solutions, including Senior Tax Manager for Domestic Tax and Senior Tax Manager for Global Tax Reporting from May 2021 to March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Federal Tax Manager at Knowles Corporation from October 2016 to April 2021, and as Senior Tax Associate at TreeHouse Foods and Grant Thornton. Kari began professional experience as a Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Financial Accounting at Northern Illinois University and worked as a Dispatcher for Cambus at the University of Iowa. Educational qualifications include a Master of Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa.
