Jason Kass has extensive work experience in various legal roles. Jason currently serves as the VP Corporate Counsel at MRC since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Latham & Watkins for five years, starting as an Associate in 2016 and leaving in August 2021. Jason also worked as a Summer Associate at Latham & Watkins in 2015. Additionally, they gained experience as a Legal Intern at Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA), a Legal Researcher at JONES DAY®, an Operations Intern at Innovative Dining Group, and an Intern at UBS Wealth Management.
Jason Kass completed their education with a Diploma from The Buckley School in 2009. Jason then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Chicago, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Jason further pursued their academic aspirations by attending the University of Chicago Law School, earning a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from 2013 to 2016.
