Kim Knight has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to customer experience strategy, strategic planning, and direct division management. Kim served as the VP and Director of Customer Experience Strategy at MRM starting in 2011. Prior to that, they were the VP of Strategic Planning at Doner from 2003 to 2011. In 1994, they joined Liggett Stashower as the VP and Director of the Direct Division, where they were responsible for CRM strategy and client management for various clients.
