Allison Nelik

Allison Nelik is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal and external communications across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Global Head of Internal Communications at MSCI Inc. since April 2018, Nelik established a world-class communications program that engages employees with the company's mission and culture. Prior roles include Vice President and Head of Global Internal Communications at New York University, where Nelik also taught a master's course, and Director of Employee Engagement/Internal Communications at MetLife, focusing on enhancing employee experience and culture. Nelik's earlier experience includes communications management at Viacom International Media Networks and publicity roles at Universal Pictures and Allied Integrated Marketing. Academic qualifications include an MS in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from New York University and a BA in Communications & Public Relations from Towson University.
