Manoj Thangavel is an experienced Scrum Lead at the Ministry of Social Development since September 2022, with a strong background in technology delivery and project management. Previous roles include Delivery Lead in the Central Technology business unit at Trade Me and Delivery Lead/Scrum Master at Kiwibank, where responsibilities included project and release planning, operational risk management, and process improvements. Manoj has also served as a Scrum Master at multiple organizations, enhancing team performance through agile methodologies, and has held various roles in project management and software development across prominent companies, including AstraZeneca, Lloyds Banking Group, and Farmers Insurance. Manoj holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Kumaraguru College of Technology, completed in 2003.
