Meagan Painter is a board-certified veterinary dermatologist with extensive experience in veterinary medicine. Currently serving as a Veterinary Medicine Specialist at Angell Animal Medical Center since September 2020, Meagan focuses on treating skin and ear diseases in dogs and cats. Meagan is also the founder of The Allergic Dog and The Allergic Cat, which provides courses and community support for veterinarians treating allergy-related conditions in pets. Previous roles include Veterinary Specialist in Dermatology at San Francisco Veterinary Specialists and completing a residency at Animal Dermatology Clinic. Meagan's career began at MSPCA - Animal Care and Adoption Center, where important leadership and clinical skills were developed. Meagan holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Tufts University.
