Jill M.

Jill M. is a seasoned UX researcher and designer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Muck Rack since October 2022, Jill has previously held positions such as UX Researcher at Backcountry and Senior UX Designer & Researcher at RS21. Jill's career began in UX Design, with roles at REI and as a freelance designer. An alumnus of General Assembly's UX Design Immersive program, Jill combines a strong foundation in user research and design with earlier experience as a Creative Recruiter at Allovus and POSSIBLE. Jill also has a background in facilities coordination at POP Multimedia and holds a certificate in Project Management from Villanova University, along with a focus on Art History and Digital Media from Towson University.
