Marguerita Courtney

Marguerita Courtney has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Managing Director at MUFG in the Americas. Since joining MUFG in June 2003, Marguerita has held multiple leadership positions, including Managing Director of Global Learning and Head of Talent Management & Learning COE, as well as Director & Head of Credit Training for the Americas. Prior to MUFG, Marguerita worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from July 1990 to June 2003, where the role held was Vice President & Program Manager for the Investment Banking Analyst Training Program. Marguerita holds an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Fordham University and a Bachelor's Degree with a dual major in Finance and Marketing from Manhattan University.
