Felix von Drigalski has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Research & Development Engineering Intern at Thyssenkrupp Airport Systems. In 2013, they joined AIST as a Technical Staff member. In 2015, Felix became a Lead Translator at Translated while also serving as a Research Assistant & PhD Student at Nara Institute of Science and Technology. Felix transitioned to OMRON SINIC X in 2018, where they held the position of Senior Researcher until 2021. During this time, Felix also worked as a Visiting Researcher at Ritsumeikan University. Currently, they are employed at Mujin, Inc. as a System Engineer and Lead Product Engineer since joining in 2021 and 2022 respectively.

Felix von Drigalski pursued their education in various institutions, specializing in robotics and mechanical engineering. Felix obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Robotics from the Nara Institute of Science and Technology from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) between 2011 and 2013. Felix furthered their studies at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, where they obtained a Diplôme d'Ingénieur in Génie mécanique from 2009 to 2011. Finally, they began their academic journey with a Vordiplom in Maschinenbau from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2007 to 2009.
