Prior experience includes serving as Regional Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for OLX Group in the AMEA region, managing substantial revenues and a large workforce. Dean also held roles at dubizzle, Publicis Groupe, and MHA Tait Walker, developing financial systems and improving financial operations. Dean holds a Professional Qualification in Accounting and Finance from ICAEW and a Bachelor's Degree in Financial and Business Economics from Newcastle University.
