Jee Shin has a strong background in ecommerce, with extensive experience in roles related to website development, user experience optimization, and digital marketing. From 2018 to the present, Jee has been working at Munchkin, starting as an Ecommerce Manager and advancing to Senior Manager and then Director of Ecommerce Marketing. In these roles, Jee has been responsible for managing the development and improvement of the Munchkin website, identifying opportunities for user experience enhancements and conversion optimization, and leading internal teams on ecommerce projects. Jee has also supported paid/owned media strategy and developed relationships with agency partners. Prior to joining Munchkin, Jee worked at Schurman Retail Group as the Director of Ecommerce from 2015 to 2018 and as an Ecommerce Manager from 2010 to 2015. Jee's career began at Papyrus in 2007 as a Web Analyst, where they worked until 2010.
