Laura Michael has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Laura has held various leadership roles in different organizations.

From 2013 to the present, Laura has been employed at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, starting as the Director of Human Resources and advancing to the position of Chief Administrative Officer. In their current role, they oversee the firm's talent and administrative functions, managing a team of 150 staff members and playing a crucial role in the development of associates in the firm.

Prior to joining Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, from 2012 to 2013, Laura worked as the Assistant Vice President of Talent Management at Portfolio Recovery Associates, Inc. Here, they oversaw global talent management functions and was responsible for directing a significant budget.

From 2009 to 2012, Laura served as the Senior Manager of Leadership and Organizational Change Management at Southern California Edison. In this position, they played a pivotal role in helping the nuclear division transition to full, self-regulated operating status through implementing change management programs and designing internal communications campaigns.

Before that, from 2002 to 2009, Laura worked at Eagle Point Software Corporation in various capacities, including as Business Development Manager, Organizational Development Manager, and Corporate Training Manager. Laura successfully launched a startup consulting division, administered the corporate university, and directed the operations of the company's training staff.

Laura's earlier work experience includes a role as the Director of Training at Ron Weber and Associates from 1999 to 2002, where they developed and executed a new training program for the company's personnel. Laura also held a training lead position at iWireless in 1998 and worked as an intern/HR associate at Firestone in 1997.

Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has played integral roles in talent management, human resources, organizational development, and training.

Laura Michael has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Organizational Psychology from American InterContinental University. Laura also holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Iowa State University. Additionally, Laura has obtained certifications including the Senior Human Resource Business Partner Certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in August 2018, and they are also recognized as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
