Russell Bailey

Russell Bailey has extensive experience in enterprise architecture and technology governance, currently serving as Associate Director of ITS Planning & Governance and Chief Enterprise Architect at Murdoch University since March 2018. Prior to this role, Russell was Chief Enterprise Architect at Synergy, where management of a team of architects focused on aligning technology with business strategy. Russell's previous positions include Senior Business Architect at Synergy, Chief Executive Officer at SystemWise, and Solutions Architect at Origin Energy and Plexal Group Pty Ltd. Russell's career began as a Software Engineer at Western Power and as a Software Analyst at Whittaker Garnier Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Murdoch University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems from Curtin University.
