Liz Donato

Liz Donato, PhD, currently serves as the ICAA Research and Publications Senior Specialist at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, since June 2019, where responsibilities include advancing research initiatives related to Latin American art. Previous experience includes roles as an Adjunct Lecturer at The Cooper Union, a Museum Research Consortium Fellow at The Museum of Modern Art, and a Researcher and Publications Coordinator for Denise Scott Brown at Venturi, Scott Brown & Associates, Inc. Liz Donato has also contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant at The James Gallery & Center for the Humanities, taught various courses across multiple institutions, and worked as a Freelance Writer for the Guggenheim Museum. Liz Donato earned a Doctor of Philosophy from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, specializing in Modern and Contemporary Latin American Art & Architecture.
