Jimena Schermer

Jimena Schermer is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Freebird since August 2025 and a member of HR Leaders LATAM since May 2025. Previously, Jimena held the Head of People & Culture position at Wuffes from May 2023 to July 2025 and served as Sr. HRBP & Talent Lead at Fintual from January 2022 to March 2023.
