Bryant Penzo

Bryant Penzo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bryant is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Generations Bank since July 2023, where they previously served as the VP, Director of People & Culture from January 2021 to July 2023. Prior to that, they were the Marketing Director at Generations Bank from January 2020 to January 2021. Before joining Generations Bank, Bryant worked as an Account Coordinator at Resplendent Hospitality from June 2019 to January 2020. Bryant also has experience at B-Unlimited, where they held the positions of Marketing & Retail Coordinator from January 2017 to June 2019, and Account Manager & Creative Consultant from May 2016 to December 2016. Additionally, they served as a College Student Minister at Cross Church from August 2015 to April 2016, and as an Assistant Case Coordinator at the Washington County Prosecutors Office from August 2012 to July 2015.

Bryant Penzo obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Retail - Accounting with a minor in Management from the University of Arkansas between the years 2011 and 2015. Bryant also holds additional certifications such as ABA Leadership in Banking Academy Program from University of Arkansas Walton College Executive Education, ABA Wharton Leadership Lab Program from Wharton Executive Education, and Working Genius Certified Facilitator from The Table Group obtained in the years 2022 and 2023.
