Joel Gujral is the Founder & CEO of MYNDUP, a mental health service that offers live 1-1 video sessions across various areas of mental health. MYNDUP serves over 50,000 employees in 60+ countries and has received positive feedback from clients, including a high customer Net Promoter Score (NPS) and client retention rate. Prior to MYNDUP, Joel served as an Investor at BondAuction and Searchland. Joel also participated in various entrepreneurship programs and was a Cohort Member at ELITE and a Fellow and Mentor at the Centre for Entrepreneurs. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Joel worked as a Business Development Lead at Firedrop, where they used AI to automate design processes, and as a Risk Advisory Consultant at RSM UK, assisting clients in improving internal controls. Earlier in their career, they co-founded and directed FRUUTEA LTD, securing funding and managing various aspects of the business. Joel also gained experience as an Associate Consultant at Morgan McKinley, providing contract professionals to clients in the finance industry.
Joel Gujral completed their Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, and Management BSc (Hons) from Loughborough University. Joel graduated from this program in 2017. In 2019, they pursued further education and attended The Academy of Modern Psychology, where they obtained a degree as a Mindfulness Practitioner. Additionally, in the same year, they received a certification as a Certified Life Coach from the Transformation Academy.
