Bruce Clement

Bruce Clement has over two decades of experience in technical support and IT management, currently serving as the Director of Technical Support at N-able since July 2021, following a tenure as Senior Manager of Technical Support at both N-able and SolarWinds. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Technical Support at SolarWinds and Manager of Technical Support at SolarWinds MSP. Bruce has held managerial positions in IT service delivery and data center operations at Brookfield Renewable Energy Group and has a strong background in technology roles at organizations such as the Canadian Union of Public Employees and Bell Canada. Educationally, Bruce holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University.
