Jim Malig

Jim Malig is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in various roles related to total rewards and compensation analysis. Currently serving as a Compensation Sr. Analyst at N-able since August 2022, Jim has previously held positions such as HR Total Rewards Specialist at Accenture and Lead Compensation Analyst at Tenet Healthcare. Additional experience includes roles at Birches Group LLC, where responsibilities spanned from Scale Design Analyst to Compensation Analyst, and leadership as President of the Ateneo Association of European Studies Students. Jim holds a degree from Ateneo de Manila University, completed in 2015.
