Tamar (Tami) Shor has extensive work experience in the water industry. Tamar (Tami) started their career as a Water Engineer at Mekorot in August 1995 and worked there until August 2001. Following that, they joined Verint as a Product Manager from September 2001 to September 2004. Shor then worked at the Israel Water Authority as a Senior Deputy Director (Regulation) from September 2004 to August 2018. In 2018, they joined The Hebrew University of Jerusalem as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Business School and also became the COO at N-Drip Gravity Micro Irrigation.
Tamar (Tami) Shor began their education by earning a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1994. Tamar (Tami) continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Water Resources Management and Engineering, from 1998 to 2003. Later on, in 2011 to 2012, Tamar pursued further education and completed a Master's Degree program at Harvard Kennedy School, specializing in MC-MPA (Master in Public Administration).
