George Zimny

George ZImny is a member of the Board of Directors at N2Growth. He helps to ensure the company’s prosperity by collectively directing the company’s affairs while meeting the aggregate interests of the company’s employees, shareholders, and clients.

His insights into business development, recruitment, and leadership training stem from his decade+ experience as an entrepreneur in the insurance industry. George also led sales for a startup, successfully developing and executing the go-to-market strategy by taking a company from the basement all the way to successful market penetration.

George was introduced to the world of business and entrepreneurship during a 3-year college internship with The Southwestern Company, where he ran his own company selling educational products door-to-door, finishing his 3-year reign amongst the top 1% of the company, globally.

George holds a BBA in Business Administration from the University of Missouri - Kansas City, a graduate with honors. He is an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America and serves as the Finance and Stewardship Chair at his local community church.

In his downtime, George trains for IRONMAN races and cherishes his time with his wife Stefanie and daughters Raelyn and Adelynn.
