Vincent Nowaseb is an experienced professional currently serving as a Board Member at the Namibian Standards Institution and Chief Operations Officer at the Namibia Institute of Pathology Limited since August 2021. With a career spanning over 15 years, Vincent held the position of General Manager for Innovation & Tech Development at the National Commission on Research, Science and Technology from July 2014 to August 2021.
