Vincent Nowaseb

Vincent Nowaseb is an experienced professional currently serving as a Board Member at the Namibian Standards Institution and Chief Operations Officer at the Namibia Institute of Pathology Limited since August 2021. With a career spanning over 15 years, Vincent held the position of General Manager for Innovation & Tech Development at the National Commission on Research, Science and Technology from July 2014 to August 2021. Previously, Vincent worked at NUST Namibia as a Lecturer and Head of the Biomedical Sciences department, where responsibilities included strategic leadership, programme development, and community engagement. Additionally, Vincent has a background as a Laboratory Manager and Medical Laboratory Technologist, focusing on biomedical training, laboratory management, and specimen analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from The University of Manchester and two Bachelor’s degrees in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology and Biochemistry from Cape Peninsula University of Technology and the University of Pretoria, respectively.
