Joanna Guthrie

Joanna Guthrie currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Napier since July 2023. Prior to this role, Joanna was the Global HR Director at HSBC from May 2014 to July 2023, where responsibilities included HR leadership focused on Compliance and Risk within Global Functions and overseeing Global Banking sectors, managing extensive stakeholder relationships and leading a team of six. Joanna's earlier experience includes serving as the Regional HR Business Partner and Senior Vice President at Citi from June 2004 to September 2013, managing talent and employee relations in the Europe, Middle East & Africa Independent Risk business. Joanna completed education at Dr Challoner's High School from 1988 to 1992.
