Gareth McIntegart

Gareth McIntegart is an experienced M&A and corporate lawyer, currently serving as a "Leading Individual" and Head of Liverpool at Napthens LLP since January 2016, while also holding the position of Group Legal Counsel for Elite Group and Joloda Hydraroll. Gareth has a notable history in legal counsel roles, previously serving as Legal Counsel for Abbey Logistics Group and as Partner at DLA Piper UK LLP and DWF LLP, where significant contributions were made in corporate law. Additionally, Gareth has been an Independent Member of the Board of Governors at Liverpool John Moores University, participating in the Audit Committee since May 2019.
