Ben Kennedy has a diverse work experience in the racing industry. Ben has held various roles at NASCAR, starting in 2018 as the SVP of Racing Development & Strategy. Prior to that, they served as the SVP of Strategy & Innovation and VP of Strategic Initiatives. Ben also had roles as the VP of Racing Development and as the MD of Racing Operations and International Development. Before joining NASCAR, Kennedy owned and operated Ben Kennedy Racing, a NASCAR K&N Pro Series team. Ben has also worked as an NXS driver for Richard Childress Racing, GMS Racing, and Red Horse Racing. Additionally, they were a driver for Turner Scott Motorsports and a developmental driver for Mark Martin Enterprises Inc. Ben began their career at Daytona International Speedway, where they worked in customer service and event organization.
Ben Kennedy attended the University of Florida from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management.
