Gabriel H. serves as the Associate Vice President of Talent Attraction, Employer Brand, and DEI at Nasdaq since November 2021, leading a comprehensive strategy to enhance talent acquisition and foster diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Gabriel held the position of Senior Director at Nasdaq, where responsibilities included elevating the employer brand and managing talent attraction initiatives. Prior experience includes the role of Manager for Diversity Engagement and Global Campus Employer Brand at PepsiCo, where Gabriel was instrumental in engaging diverse talent segments. From October 2014 to July 2021, Gabriel worked at Universum in various roles, including Head of Brand Activation, optimizing digital marketing campaigns and advising Fortune 500 companies on DEI strategies. Educationally, Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Baruch College.
