The National Alliance for Care at Home (the Alliance) brings together the two largest organizations representing, advocating for, educating, and connecting providers of care in the home for millions of disabled, elderly, and dying Americans who depend on that care - the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) and the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO).
