Amy Groff, CPM has extensive experience in the property management industry. Amy is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at the National Apartment Association. Prior to this role, they worked as the Senior Vice President Residential Property Management at Bernstein Management Corporation from September 2020 to April 2021. From May 2018 to September 2020, Amy held the position of Senior Vice President, Industry Operations at the National Apartment Association. Amy also gained valuable experience at KETTLER, where they held the roles of Senior Vice President of Operations from December 2017 to May 2018 and Vice President of Operations from February 2007 to November 2017. Earlier in their career, Amy worked as a Property Manager at Trammell Crow/CBRE from February 2005 to February 2007 and as a Regional Property Manager at The Mark Winkler Company from 1996 to 2005.
Amy Groff, CPM attended Old Dominion University from 1986 to 1990, during which they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Services, General.
