Edmond Manning has extensive experience in instructional design and talent development, currently serving as a Senior Instructional Strategist at Allen Interactions since January 2011 and as a Talent Development Specialist at National Co+op Grocers since March 2023. At Allen Interactions, Edmond designs over twenty e-learning courses annually and conducts enterprise-wide curriculum analysis. From 2008 to 2011, Edmond operated as an Independent Consultant, teaching courses for the Association for Talent Development and providing consulting services to various organizations. Previous roles include Agent of Change/Instructional Designer at Allen Interactions and Instructional Designer at Crawford & Associates. Edmond holds a Master's degree in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Northern Illinois University.
