Sam Osborne IEng is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the North Sea Terminals CAPEx Delivery Manager at National Gas since February 2023, overseeing asset health capital delivery at the Bacton Terminal. Prior to this role, Sam held several positions at National Grid from 2004 to 2023, including Compliance Manager for two upper-tier CoMAH terminals and Project Engineer for significant projects such as the Bacton Terminal Main LV Switch Board replacement. With a solid background in compliance engineering, maintenance, and lean business management, complemented by a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from City College Norwich, Sam has demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance throughout a progressive career.
