Jesse Lubbers

Jesse Lubbers currently serves as Principal Project Manager at National Grid since January 2023, focusing on enhancing New York's electric transmission system within the Propel NY Energy Project team. Previous experience includes Lead Project Manager at Kimley-Horn from February 2021 to January 2023 and Practice Builder at Kleinfelder from June 2004 to February 2021. Throughout a diverse career, Jesse Lubbers has managed various gas infrastructure design and construction projects in the Northeast, including integrity management projects and pipelines in the Marcellus and Utica Shale regions. Jesse Lubbers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hydrology and Water Resources Science from SUNY Oneonta, earned in 2004.
