Karla Ayala

Karla Ayala is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Consumer Advocate at National Grid since May 2008, where responsibilities include establishing strategic partnerships, enhancing outreach to low and fixed-income customers, developing training materials, and analyzing policy trends in the energy sector.
