Tasha Toppin-Davis

Tasha Toppin-Davis is an experienced professional in emergency management and project oversight, currently serving as an Emergency Management Specialist at The National Institutes of Health since April 2024. Previously, Tasha worked as a Project Manager and Communications Consultant at Mission Critical Partners, and as a Hazard Mitigation Specialist at the South Carolina Emergency Management Division, where responsibilities included assisting with hazard mitigation grant funding.
